If you use an E-Flux charge card:

Log in at: https://dashboard.e-flux.nl/ and click on your account name at the top right. Then click on 'Payment' and you can change your payment details.

If you have a charging station with E-Flux backoffice:

In the backoffice of E-Flux you can set the bank account number for receiving the reimbursement.

Log in to the Charge Point Portal: https://my.e-flux.nl/co/customer 

  1. Then click on your name at the top right. 
  2. Click here on 'Account details'.
  3. In this environment you can change your account details, including your IBAN account number for the payment of your reimbursement.
